I am passionate about whole body wellness, I want to help you feel aligned - mind, body, and spirit. I am an Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master, Medium, Tarot Reader, Yoga Instructor, Sound Healer, and I have my bachelors in Nursing. I currently offer in person services & private parties at my shop on the back of the McCoy House in Hastings - 324 Beaver St, Hastings. Virtual services are held via zoom. Reiki & Intuitive Healing
30 minutes to 1 hour energy work session. The reiki practitioner uses different hand placements and healing techniques to bring you into alignment and balance your chakras. Reiki is a great self care technique, great in assisting in physical, mental, and emotional healing.
Intuitive healing sessions also use other modalities including but not limited to essential oils, crystals, sound healing, tarot and/or oracle cards depending on what the practitioner is intuitively called to use to assist in healing and tailor it to your individual needs. No two healing sessions are alike.
Womb Work
A healing session that focuses on a woman's womb space and sacral chakra. During the session we will use various healing modalities that focus on your womb space and sacral chakra. These modalities include reiki, crystal healing, sound healing, breath work, and oracle card pulls. This session is mainly for women who have experienced trauma to their womb space or want a deeper connection to their womb space or sacral chakra. Women who have experienced miscarriages, ectopic pregnancies, still births, infertility, sexual trauma/assault, female cancers or illnesses. This healing session is to assist women in healing any trauma to their womb space or sacral chakra or for women wanting to deepen their connection with their womb space or sacral chakra.
Tarot Readings
A tarot reading can help you gain guidance, insight, and maybe receive a sign. Each reading is intuitively picked and may use different decks, spreads, and talking through the reading. No two readings are alike.
Can be booked in person or virtually.
Deep Dives
If you're looking to take a deep dive into healing this is a session that really packs a punch and includes reiki, crystal healing, sound healing, breath work, mediumship, and a tarot reading. In most cases half of the session will be spent doing a mediumship reading with a tarot pull and the other half will include an intuitive reiki session. All sessions are different and may change due to what I am feeling intuitively called to do.
Mediumship
A mediumship session can connect with spirit guides, departed loved ones, receive signs, messages, guidance, or clarity depending on what the medium channels during the session. Seek the unknown and see what messages I am able to channel.
Can be booked in person or virtually.
Private Parties & Self Care Days
Parties can be booked to include mediumship, tarot readings, breath work, etc. tailored to your specific needs. Parties can he held in my shop or I can travel to you.
If you’re looking to support your employees and want to show them that you care about their mental health and self care, I offer business self care days. Chose from yoga, breath work, mini reiki sessions, and guided meditations with sound baths.
